1. Ordering & Shopping

How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our product catalog, select the items you wish to purchase, and click the Add to Cart button. When you’re ready to check out, click on the Cart icon, review your order, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Once an order has been placed, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are confirmed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following payment methods:

  • google and Apple pay

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days, with estimated delivery times ranging from 1-5business days.

Do you offer international shipping? No, we ship only  to USA.  All Shipping are free. 


4. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information on how to return an item.

How do I exchange an item? If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


5. Account & Security

Do I need to create an account to shop? Creating an account is optional but recommended for a faster checkout process, order tracking, and access to exclusive offers. You can also shop as a guest without creating an account.

How do I reset my password? If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I know the correct size? Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the correct size. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Are the colours of products displayed accurately? We make every effort to ensure product colours are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor settings, colours may vary slightly in person.


7. Discounts & Offers

How can I apply a discount code? During checkout, you’ll find an option to enter your discount or promotional code. Simply type the code into the box, and the discount will be applied to your total order.

Do you offer any loyalty or rewards programmes? Yes, we offer a loyalty programme for our customers. Sign up to earn points on every purchase and receive exclusive discounts, promotions, and offers.
