The Ritual
Warm a small amount of oil between your palms. Massage gently into the scalp with your fingertips for 5–10 minutes, working the oil through to the ends of your hair. Leave for at least 30 minutes — or overnight for a deeper ritual — then wash with a gentle shampoo. Repeat 2–3 times a week.
