30-Day Returns
◆ You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
◆ Items must be unopened and unused in original packaging — for hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products cannot be resold.
◆ Email support@ebdepop.com with your order number to start a return.
Physical Damage
◆ Damage caused after delivery by misuse or improper handling may not qualify for a voluntary return. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs; we will assess an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.
Wrong or Defective Items
◆ Please contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days, with photographs of wrong or defective items so we can arrange a replacement or refund. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.
Return Shipping
◆ For change-of-mind returns, return shipping to the United Kingdom is at the customer’s expense — we recommend tracked shipping.
◆ Email us first at support@ebdepop.com with your order number — once your return is approved, we’ll send you the UK returns address and instructions.
Refunds
◆ Issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
◆ For voluntary change-of-mind returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we will provide any return-cost remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Non-Returnable
Our voluntary change-of-mind return exclusions cover opened personal-care items, gift cards and final-sale items. These exclusions do not apply where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
